What To Expect
The most thorough inspection available! Our over 30 yrs.construction experience and over 12 years of inspecting over 4000 homes gives us the knowledge to know what to look for and what we see. We use a computerized reporting system, (available for view at AHIT.com), and include digital photos of ALL defects we find at your home. Most inspections take app. 3-4 hours but run longer when we find more, we do not rush any inspection, if it takes 4 hours we take our time and ensure thoroughness. Walk with your inspector and ask questions, you will also receive maintenance info unique to your home.

Home inspections are our only business. We are impartial and work only for you. Our job is to provide you with a comprehensive, objective evaluation so that you can understand and take care of your investment. We were the ONLY inspection company with an iron clad guarantee before the State of Ky. required licensing, NO other company gave a "If we miss it, we'll repair it guarantee" as we did, now the State protects you in the Home Inspector Licensing Law which went into effect June of 2006. We were certified by the American Society of Home Inspectors in 1996 long before any state required licensing but have since moved our membership to KREIA, (The Kentucky Real Estate Inspectors Association) We have never worked for Real Estate Agents nor do we solicit them. We work for you, not Real Estate Agents! Our inspections are as much as twice as thorough as other inspectors, we save you more because we find more!! Pay a little more for an inspection now and you won't have to pay after you move in or when you sell.
